About ME
I have been a nurse for almost forty years, so I understand the struggles that nurses, caregivers and people dealing with illness face.
Working with cancer patients and on the front-line during the AIDS epidemic led me to dedicate myself to healing practices such as guided imagery, hypnosis and healing touch. I began providing these therapies to patients and teaching them to groups. As I learned and practiced, I realized that these skills not only helped my patients, but they also improved my well-being. It is now my goal to teach healing skills and make them more accessible.
As a holistic nurse and educator, I view the whole person in all that I do. I am here to help you learn healing for yourself and for others.
