Equine Therapy
What is equine therapy?
Equine therapy involves working with horses to strengthen internal resources, heal trauma and improve emotional awareness and integration.
Although mounted activities can be involved if you wish, equine therapy is not about riding skills but about healing activities with horses.
What are people saying?
“This was a peaceful and magical experience,”
“A great way to balance out the stress and strong emotions associated with working in healthcare. I think there are many people who could greatly benefit from this experience.”
